Our factory has a professional team of 12 engineers with 20 years' experience and around 120 employees in whole factory. Our factory is a professional manufacturer of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die-casting, Stamping, Plastic Injection, Extrusion, and Molding. The products we have manufactured, which mainly include: Automobile parts, 5G electronic parts, aviation parts, high-speed rail parts, medical equipment, home appliance smart lock parts, LED lighting and street light parts, soon and so for. Most of the products we made are exported to Europe, America and Japan.
Our factory has a professional QC room to ensure good quality of the parts we manufactured. The QC room has salt spray testing machines, two-dimensional precision measuring instruments, hardness testers, color comparison boxes, color comparison test device, wear-resistant testing machines and various QC equipment. There are 7 quality control specialists and 5 quality inspecting employees to ensure stable production quality.
Our factory has 11 die-casting machines, all of which are Taiwan brands. All these 11-die casting machine equipped with three-handed automatic machines and the maximum monthly production capacity can reach 1 million mold shots. Our factory also has the ability to design, manufactured and maintained the die casting mold interior of factory.
Our factory provides one stop solution for all kind of die casting products. The machining workshop in our factory has Brother brand tapping and milling integrated machines, 5 fully automatic drilling, tapping and milling integrated machines, more than 30 multi-axis drilling and tapping machines, 5 vibration grinding machines, and the polishing machines are equipped integrated device for environmental protection.
